  We are currently negotiating with a supplier of our previous air-con unit which has broken down under warranty (not fitted by Horton's) and Tom at Hortons is giving us wonderful service. He is communicating, giving good advice and generally being impressively helpful. Tomorrow he is replacing the faulty unit and we are absolutely thrilled with the whole process so far.

  Totally unprofessional and rip off. Be very careful if using this company. Requested complete overhaul of A/C unit. Waste of time getting quote, because they exceeded it by over $300 when I went to pay bill They put system back together without checking oil in compressor, causing it to seize within 1 week and 1000 kms away, ruining our holiday. I bought a new compressor $500 cheaper than quoted and they charged me again to replace the compressor. Less than 2 years later, no gas caused by their replacement hose with leak and charged another $350 for additional gas and quoted another $750 to fix this hose.

  Awesome staff. Professional service and help. Always going out of there way to help in and out of staff hours. I've had nothing but good experiences with the team from hortons that is managed by big tommy. Very knowledgeable team and very fair on pricing. Wouldn't go anywhere else
