  Terrible service. Bored receptionist. Techs who don't show and don't call if they are late. Worse still they want to be paid to fix a problem they caused. Seem to think that they can do what they want because they are the only customer care contractor for a number of products.

  Extremely poor customer service and lack of follow up. I was charged $95 for a technician to tell me my dishwasher was broken (even though I knew that, hence my call to Mercer and Luck) and that someone would be in touch regarding a replacement part. That was nearly three weeks ago and I have not heard back. When I phoned for follow up, I was spoken to extremely rudely and STILL don't have a working dishwasher. Will never recommend this shoddy business.

  My husband and I have had multiple appliances fixed through these guys and we have never had a problem. Henry has always looked after us and he is a wonderful worker and very polite, highly recommend!

  Sharp fridge decided to play up just before Christmas. They only had the next morning free to come have a look (Friday 23rd). Guy had a quick look and told me that the circuit needed to be replaced. BUT Mercer & Luck and Sharp would be closed over Christmas and wouldn't open again until after the new year. I mean it's only summer and Christmas, it's not like you need a fridge or anything right? I waited over 2 weeks and when they finally called me they told me they couldn't come install it until Friday 13th January (3 weeks after first looking at it). 3 weeks of no fridge and 35 degree temps is clearly nothing to complain about. Different guy came to install new circuit and barely said a word to me. I waited hours for it too cool down and guess what??? Yep the fridge still isn't working properly. And to make things even better Mercer & Luck are closed over the weekend. I am never buying Sharp anything again. And I am sure as hell never recommending Mercer & Luck to anyone ever.
