  IF you decide to have a huge sale this close to Christmas then make sure you have adequate staff to sell your products & staff that want to help (aka poindexter in computers area) ..... and Man the loading docks..... (15 mins waiting still and 8 sets of customers in the sun) won’t be coming back!!!

  Initial layby of the laptop was good till we went to make the payment and they wanted the whole lot. My problem is they lied and made out as if it’s illegal to layby. I Accc website straight away in depth I just can’t stand lies. They lost my 900 dollar sale and won’t be back ever even if they give the stud away. I am not interested in finance and I hate that they try to push you into it.

  Great old fashioned customer service. Goods deals on service plus decent range in products.

  Everyone very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait around too long to be served and prices were reasonable. They also know their products and didn't try to sell me the most expensive.
