  - You through in the room by the fridge. You soiled the single bedding and there was dark brown stuff all over the towels. Your blacklisted.

  Pleasant stay with lovely, friendly and co-operative Managers/Owners. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the price per night is exceptionally good. They say that you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get more. I would highly recommend this Motel.

  I than called the owner of downs motel Toowoomba and spoke to her to try rectify the situation and with what she said. And asked for photo evidence as I disagree with what she is saying.. I tried to explain to her that there was no spew as I would've noticed/smelt it and cleaned it up straight away and I would have seen one of my children be sick or they would of told me! In the end she hung up on me and wouldn't let me speak or say one word.

  Yes I was aware that my son wet the bed and I told her that my sons nappy leaked, but my opinion is they should cater for accidents and don't most places have mattress protectors? (I did do the right thing stripped the bedding soak it up wich it was only damp and disofectient the area to the best I could with glen20 wipes..... the brown stuff that she says is soil, is in fact make up. I thought the face washers and towels where there to use there would of only been a small amount on the towel as I dried my face once washed it. (excess makeup)

  I be taking this further as the information that she is stating is false. She did not talk to me like I was a human being just extremely disrespectful and nasty.
